THE SCULPTED REFUGE

Designed as a plush clubhouse cocooned within a cave, this project is an exploration of contrasts and continuity. The design embraces the concept of a cave within a podium, anchored by a striking central pathway that invites visitors to traverse its layered interiors, where glass façades frame a seamless transition between the exterior and the cave-like enclave.

With amenities designed to global hospitality standards, the experience unfolds across two cavernous levels before ascending to a rooftop oasis that merges the sheltered cave-like interiors with the open expanse of the sky. The vertical circulation a key design is intervention, with elevators strategically puncturing through the intermediary parking floors to connect the subterranean clubhouse seamlessly with its rooftop extension. This ingenious solution transforms what could have been a disjointed layout into a cohesive journey, linking grounded interiors to elevated open-air terraces. The result is a space that balances expansiveness with intimacy, offering a luxurious sanctuary within the urban landscape.

The interiors are a statement in opulence, marrying textured terracotta, gleaming bronze, and bespoke ceramic details with the enduring stoicism of granite. The material palette, eclectic yet refined, mirrors the dichotomy of natural rawness and curated sophistication. This duality flows into lush landscaping, where greenery cascades like an overgrowth, softening the bold sculptural architectural forms.
