Once a defunct textile mill, this space has undergone a transformative journey into an experiential centre for real estate, seamlessly weaving its history with modernity. Retaining the building’s original shell, the design preserves its industrial heritage while cloaking it in a tactile interplay of brick and glass. The shallow arches and corbelled cornices, reminiscent of its past, evoke a sense of timelessness, blurring the lines between restoration and reinvention. Outside, the plaza has been designed around the property’s existing trees, inviting public interaction and openness, against an architectural backdrop that honours the site’s textile legacy.

The entrance features India’s first textile machine, grounding the space in its historical roots, with the ceiling mimicking a draped fabric. Crafted in leather—flowing along the space as a poetic homage to the mill’s original purpose—this draped form cascades over meeting rooms, with lighting concealed within its sculptural narrative. The material palette celebrates the beauty of aging, embracing the concept of a “second awakening”, with a weathered brick façade and thoughtful design that bridges the gap between a glorious past and a dynamic future.
