Emphasising precision, tectonics, and modularity, this building’s architecture is an exercise in clean, engineered design. Modular aluminum panels form its seamless skin; while the structure is defined by industrial precision, with aluminum cladding and dark glazing creating a unified, precisioned aesthetic.

However, its pièce de résistance is the glass canopy, designed not just as a shading device for the setback garden but as an architectural statement. Inspired by the mast and cable systems of ships, the canopy integrates tension cables to create a taut, functional, and visually striking cover.

Inside, the spirit of meticulous attention to detail continues with a custom-designed architectural light fixture, inspired by jewellery rings, elegantly suspended with glass discs from a central anchor. Alongside it, the stairwell exemplifies structural precision—crafted as an engineered spine with components fabricated in factories and assembled on-site, continuing our commitment to precision engineering in architecture.
